30-Day Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 30-Day Return & Exchange Policy, which means you can exchange your item within 40 days of the delivery. Your item can be eligible for the 30-Day Return & Exchange Policy if it is:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- With all tags and labels
- Packaging intact
General Policy
- Exchanged items can be taken back only at their current price.
- An item can only be exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
- There are no refunds for any purchases made. (unless they were inaccurate or damaged when they arrived)
Note: Kindly email us and follow the process before shipping your item back. We must approve the return first.
How to Return or Exchange Your Online Order
- You can return or exchange your online order by contacting our Customer Support within 14 days of delivery.
- For a hassle-free and easy process, add your order’s details and issue in the email.
- Before our Customer Support professional reaches out to you, Leather Jackets Canada will verify the claim.
- After verifying the claim, we will arrange an applicable solution for you.
- Please make sure that you send us the item with secure packaging and all tags, labels attached and unused.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We inspect every jacket before shipping. But still if you receive a damaged item with issues like;
- Broken zipper
- Wrong size
- Wrong color
For any such reason (or more), kindly notify us immediately on our email within 48 hours.
Note: If your claim is verified, we will fix it for free. After checking, we may send a new item, give store credit, or provide a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or offer exchanges for the following:
- Custom Jackets: Items made specifically to your unique body measurements.
- Clearance Items: All products marked as “Final Sale.”
- Accidental Damage: Items damaged after delivery.
Return Shipping Costs
- Change of Mind / Wrong Size: You are responsible for the return shipping cost. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service. If your package is lost during transit, Leather Jackets Canada will not be able to make an exchange.
- Our Mistake / Damaged Items: If we send the wrong item or it comes damaged, our team will arrange for free return shipment.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please send us an email right away. If your order hasn’t been processed, we will cancel it. If the item has already been delivered, you must follow our standard 14-day exchange policy after it arrives.
